Acceptance of Terms & Account Security

By accessing, registering, or subscribing to TenderMerit, you explicitly agree to comply with our annual membership guidelines, active user session limits, and professional consultancy norms. Any unauthorized data scraping, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or commercial misuse of portal data will result in immediate account termination without prior notice and strict legal action.

Scope of Consultancy & Limitation of Liability

TenderMerit operates purely as a professional consultancy and advisory partner providing technical guidance for GeM seller onboarding, eProcurement portal bidding, ISO certifications, and departmental registrations. Final tender evaluation, qualification, financial approval, and contract awarding rest entirely with respective government departments and portal authorities.

Strict Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of digital portal access, curated daily tender notifications, proprietary data feeds, and dedicated professional consultancy resources upon subscription, all payments made for membership tiers, packages, or Pay-Per-Tender services are strictly non-refundable once activated.

Exclusive Governing Law & Jurisdiction

If any dispute cannot be resolved amicably through mutual consultation, it shall be governed strictly by the laws of India. Furthermore, both parties explicitly agree that any legal suit or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively and solely in the courts or tribunals located in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
